You acknowledge that no Services shall commence until a signed Service Contract is in place and any required deposits or payments are made in accordance with that contract. The Service Contract represents the binding agreement between you and Solar Side Up and supersedes any preliminary discussions or estimates.
Submitting information through the Site, including contact forms, consultation requests, or email, authorizes Solar Side Up to communicate with you about your inquiries, service requests, and related matters. You consent to receiving emails, phone calls, or text messages from us, including automated calls or texts, regarding your query. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Solar Side Up's workmanship warranties and any terms specific to labor will be specified in your Service Contract. Any claims under workmanship warranties must be submitted in writing and remain subject to the terms of the contract. We stand behind the quality of our installations and handle warranty claims in accordance with the procedures outlined in your Service Contract.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLAR SIDE UP'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SOLAR SIDE UP FOR THE SERVICES IN QUESTION. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
All content appearing on the Site, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and text, constitutes the intellectual property of Solar Side Up or its licensors. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Contract you enter into with Solar Side Up, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solar Side Up regarding your use of the Site and Services.
